Production Coordinator

FARMUSE is a full-service production company producing stills, motion, and experiences across commercial, documentary, and narrative work. 

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, we collaborate with brands, agencies, artists, and production teams across the US and abroad. 

We’re excited to add an experienced full-time Production Coordinator to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Producers and Production Managers across prep, shoot and wrap

  • Coordinate crew and vendor logistics, communication and paperwork

  • Assist with call sheets, production book, and travel arrangements

  • Provide on-set support and crew communication.

  • Assist with expense tracking, receipts, and wrap documentation

The Ideal Candidate 

You’re excited by the creative process, love the details, and thrive in a collaborative culture. You’re a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and genuinely enjoys supporting others. This role offers hands-on experience, real responsibility, and a clear path toward becoming a Producer.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of production experience, in-office and on set

  • Strong project management skills; organized, dependable and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Clear communicator with a calm, can-do attitude

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

Timing: This is a 3-month contract role with strong potential to transition into a full-time position.
