FARMUSE is a full-service production company producing stills, motion, and experiences across commercial, documentary, and narrative work.

Based in Nashville, Tennessee, we collaborate with brands, agencies, artists, and production teams across the US and abroad.

We're excited to add an experienced Senior Producer to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial projects from award through wrap

  • Partner with photographers, directors, agencies, and brands to define project scope and build detailed estimates

  • Lead bidding, budget development, and negotiations while balancing creative goals, production realities, and profitability

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout production, managing communication, approvals, and expectations

  • Build and manage production schedules, timelines, and workflows from prep through final delivery

  • Own project budgets and actuals, proactively identifying scope changes, potential overages, and opportunities to improve efficiency

  • Lead casting and location efforts, including strategy, approvals, negotiations, and final selections

  • Hire and manage freelance crew, vendors, production partners, and specialty collaborators

  • Oversee key production elements including talent, locations, travel, permits, insurance, releases, and production documentation

  • Partner closely with photographers, directors, stylists, casting directors, location scouts, and creative teams to ensure successful execution

  • Guide projects through changing priorities, production challenges, and evolving creative needs

  • Partner with Operations and Finance on reconciliation, reporting, and project wrap

  • Support recurring client relationships and identify opportunities for future work

  • Help strengthen FARMUSE systems, workflows, and production processes

The Ideal Candidate 

You're a relationship builder, problem solver, and producer through and through.

You know how to take a project from initial conversation through final delivery, balancing creative ambition, client expectations, logistics, budgets and profitability along the way.

You scope projects, build estimates, negotiate bids, hire crews, manage casting and locations and lead thoughtful productions from prep through wrap.

You're a strong communicator who takes ownership, follows through and creates confidence through clarity, accountability and proactive problem solving.

You thrive in a collaborative culture, enjoy building relationships, and genuinely dig the process. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to help shape the next chapter of FARMUSE.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial production experience

  • Natural leadership instincts with a collaborative approach

  • Hands-on experience leading stills and motion from prep through wrap

  • Excellent estimating, budgeting and negotiation skills

  • Proven client relationship management experience

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Google Workspace

Timing: This is a 3-month contract role with strong potential to transition into a full-time position.
